All CHRIS Data acquired under this Agreement shall be used in full compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and other governmental laws and regulations related to historical resources information and properties. All products based in part or entirely on the use of CHRIS Data acquired under this Agreement shall clearly identify the IC(s) that provided such data and the date of acquisition.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV>
